Meet Midwife Éilís
Hello, my name is Éilís, I am a registered midwife who is now based back on the Sunny coast in QLD!
During one of life’s greatest miracles, my goal as a midwife is to provide individualised & holistic care that helps women and their families achieve a positive pregnancy, birth and postnatal experience!
I receive the most joy and fulfilment in my role when I can empower a family with the knowledge that is required to make fully informed decisions relating to their specific birth journey. I believe that antenatal education is vital in preventing poor outcomes for labour and birth as well as the postpartum period.
I am so excited to get the opportunity to share this passion among people within my community. I can’t wait to meet so many incredible families as they prepare to receive the greatest blessing of their life!
Meet Midwife Tanayha
Tanayha is a Registered Midwife, Nurse, Wife and Mum of two! Her favourite part of being a midwife is supporting the transition from maiden to matriarch. Tanayha believes that the birth space is a sacred place of transformation for families. The joy of witnessing and sharing the experience of bringing new life into the world will never get lost on her. One of her career highlights was being asked to be present as a support person for her best friends successful VBAC!
Tanayha loves to support women and families to feel informed and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience through evidence based information and compassionate care.
Alongside her midwifery career, Tanayha works in a busy emergency department and shares her home with her husband and high school sweetheart and her gorgeous kids.
