I have worked in two high risk hospitals which allowed me to support women throughout both high and low-risk pregnancies, and even got to support women throughout vaginal breech births.
Currently you’ll find me either on the antenatal ward or chasing after my son. It’s an honour to play a role in the most transformative time in a persons life; the casual miracle that is a woman birthing a baby, and a part of herself.
I’m incredibly passionate about antenatal education and ensuring that women, birthing people and families feel confident to ask questions, make decisions, and speak up. After all, this is your story to tell!

About One Mama Midwife.
Working as a midwife in the labour ward for over 8 years, I discovered a lot of families were coming into the birth space with wrong information, fear, horror stories, limited coping methods and a lack of confidence. When Covid-19 hit, the fear around birth increased dramatically due to the cessation of all in-person birth education classes. This drove me to take the leap into small business ownership and One Mama Midwife was born with the aim of getting parents accurately prepared and excited about birth.
One Mama Midwife Antenatal Classes are the perfect way for modern, 21st Century parents to actually enjoy learning about labour, birth, postpartum and life with a new baby. Plus, there is something so unique about all of our classes being taught by Midwives who are actively working in the birth space.
