Our Antenatal Classes are all about helping you feel calm, confident, and ready for all options for birth.

Led by Practicing Midwives who know birth inside and out, we cover everything from understanding all the stages of labour and pain relief options (non-pharmacological and pharmacological options) to inductions, caesareans, forceps, vacuum, baby feeding options, postpartum care, settling techniques, SIDS and the evidence behind baby sleep. So know matter what birth throws at you, you know absolutely every option that might come up and feel confident in your decisions.

Antenatal Class Information 产前课程信息
Class Duration 课程时长: 6 hours 6 小时
Investment: Saturday Classes $650, Sunday Classes $690 and classes run by Founder, Lauren $690. One support person is included free of charge.

Our classes are led by practising Midwives working in labour wards, bringing real-world experience and the latest insights to modern parents. This class is eligible for private health rebates of up to $500, depending on your health fund, level of cover and extras. Defence Health Approved 100% of the cost.
